Our Values
We acknowledge that the characteristics and treatment needs of youth with substance-use disorders differ from adult populations and are dedicated to providing developmentally appropriate youth-specific treatment.

Guiding our multidisciplinary, family-based approach is the understanding that addiction affects youth in different ways than older adults. This understanding provides the basis for the values upon which we base our approach to care and treatment.

We recognize addiction as a relapsing, remitting illness that often begins in adolescence and requires a continuum of care of varying intensity throughout the lifetime. We are dedicated to a person-centered, family-based, empathetic, and strength-based approach to youth addiction treatment.
